is my payment refundable if cancelation occurs?
All payments are non refundable. If a client needs to reschedule due to sickness, we must be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment and will switch your date to one that accommodates both you and your client.
can i bring my own lights and props?
The answer is YES. We want this space to be used for all the creative things! Please feel free to bring any lights and props you need to achieve your desired look!
How early should i arrive?
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. We might have some days full of back to back bookings and want to be sure we allow each creator to have their time to accomplish everything they had planned for their time slot.
what are the cleanup expectations after my shoot?
We ask that any props or rolling walls used during your session be returned where you found them. We also ask that you are respectful of our space and not to drag furniture across the floors. Please be sure to leave the studio as your found it when leaving. Failure to leave the studio as you found it, broken props, or mess left behind will result in a $150 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.
